INGREDIENTS

  • 80 ml vegetable oil

  • 200 g rice flour
  • 240 ml H2O – run past times upwards H2O drained from dried prawns together with mushrooms to brand 240 ml
  • 600 ml pork or chicken stock, boiling
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp natural springtime onions, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander, roughly chopped

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Prepare dried prawns, dried mushrooms, yam together with shallots every bit detailed above.
