INGREDIENTS

• 14 strawberries
• 80 g dairy cream, 35% fat, cold
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
• chocolate rice

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Hull, rinse as well as dry out strawberries. Cut close 1.5 cm from tip.


2. Add carbohydrate to cream. Whip till cream is almost stiff. Add vanilla extract as well as whisk till stiff.
